Serves as expert witness in over 150 litigation matters involving credit reporting, FCRA violations, mortgage lending, and financial damages.
Expert Witness & Litigation Consultant
Retained as expert witness and litigation consultant in federal and state courts across the U.S. Provides expert reports, deposition testimony, and trial testimony in cases involving credit reporting errors, FCRA violations, mortgage underwriting disputes, and financial damages quantification.
Mortgage Industry Professional
Originated and processed residential mortgages, reviewed and analyzed credit reports for underwriting, evaluated tax returns, managed commercial and construction loan documentation, and consulted on transitioning a mortgage brokerage to a banking operation.
